> Payment
Reservations will be effective upon payment of 50% of the total reservation amount. The remaining 50% must be paid before the trip. Other payments can be made at the lodges, estancias or our office in Buenos Aires with cash.

> Cancellation Policy
Until 90 days prior to the arrival of the passenger, 100% of the price paid will be credited on account of a future stay; 90 to 30 days prior to the arrival, the passenger will lose 50% of the total price and the rest will remain as a credit for a future stay; less than 30 days in advance, the passenger will lose 100% of the price paid.

Liability Release, Waiver and Indemnification.
"I am aware that during the trip, vacation, expedition, tour, fishing program or hunting safari that I am participating in, under the arrangements of Rio Seco Fly Fishing & Hunting Adventures, and their agents and associates (the "Providers"), I may face certain risks and dangers, including but not limited to the hazards derived from traveling down rivers in different types of boats, hiking through mountainous terrain or similar, sailing in open waters, managing fire guns or different types of weapons, accident or illness in remote places without medical facilities, forces of nature and travel by air, automobile, boat, or other conveyance. In consideration of, and as part payment for, the right to participate in such trips or other activities and the services and food the Providers arranged for me, I have and do hereby assume all of the above risks and waive, release and discharge any and all kind of liability, action, causes of action, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which I now have against the Providers or which may arise from or in connection with my trip or participation in any other activities the Providers arrange for me. Further, I hereby indemnify and hold the Providers (individually and collectively) harmless from and against any and all kind of liability, action, causes of action, claims, debts, obligation, loss, judgment, cost, expense and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever, to the fullest extent enforceable under applicable law. The terms hereof shall serve as a release and assumption of risk from my heirs, executors and administrators. A deposit, or any partial or full payment for a reservation, shall constitute consent to all conditions stated in this responsibility clause. Republica Argentina law shall govern this liability release, waiver and indemnification. My signature confirms that I have read and agreed to the terms of this transaction, especially noting the policy on cancellation, refunds, liability and responsibility contained in the website/forms".

Important: This "Disclaimer of Liability" is due with the deposit or inmediately after deposit is paid. Trips are not confirmed without a signed "Disclaimer of Liability".
